All images are copyrighted material whether marked as such or not. Reproducing any image on this site without my permission, or using an image without noting credit and copyright, can and may result in some type of infringement and may be punishable under the penalty of law.

Although I often let groups use my images free of charge, please do not assume that you may just use images found on this site without asking permission first. And although I do let the images be used free of charge, some type of financial retribution is appreciated as photography is a very expensive hobby.

Any images used with my permission require a note of copyright and a mention of the website where the image is hosted, http://www.timaverybirding.com.
